That’s right, our Black Friday deals will run until the end of November this year, because if we’ve learned anything over the past eight or so months it’s that we could all do with a little extra help at the moment. So, what are our offers exactly?

Our 2020 Black Friday Offers

Valid on bookings made between 2nd - 30th November

£50pp low deposit on all 2021 departures

This is completely flexible – this can be used on a different trip if you change your mind, we will simply switch your deposit across to a different holiday for you.

These are two-tier deposits, with £50pp initially payable to secure your place and the balance of £50pp (on holidays without flights), £150pp (on UK/Europe holidays with flights) or the difference between £50 and 10% of the holiday price (long-haul holidays) payable by 31 January 2021.

No transfer or cancellation fees

These are uncertain times and we understand that you might feel differently about travelling between the time you book and the time you depart. We are removing any penalties for cancelling or transferring up to eight weeks before your departure date – you can transfer to any other tour with no fees, or cancel for a full refund including your deposit. This offer applies to all 2021 tours. If you have already booked for 2021, you may also take advantage of this offer.

Up to £150pp discount on hundreds of departures

That's right, if you're looking for a holiday in 2021, there's no better time to book than in November because we're offering you discounts of up to £150pp! If you have already booked one of these holidays, don’t worry; you are protected by Brightwater Holidays' price promise – if the ‘Black Friday’ discounted price is lower than your holiday's price, we will deduct the difference from the balance due.

Pay in instalments

This new initiative, introduced for your convenience, allows you to pay for your holiday in multiple instalments. As long as your deposit is paid initially and your holiday balance paid on time, you may make any payments towards that balance in between. Cancellation and other booking conditions would remain unchanged.

Pre-holiday assistance for your peace of mind, absolutely free of charge

In our office, we have experienced and friendly team members ready and willing to help you with any issues you may encounter while preparing for your holiday. Once you’ve booked your place, all you need to do is get in touch and we will assist with a range of pre- and post-holiday questions, documentation and extras – a service that is completely free of charge and is here to stay. So, whether you’re looking for an answer to something that’s troubling you or you need help filling out some paperwork, we are always happy to help. Our pre-holiday assistance service includes:

  • Assistance with online check-in
  • Assistance with any online visa applications
  • Assistance with completion of any online pre-travel country paperwork or airline COVID-19 forms
  • Assistance with travel information both pre- and post-tour, such as the booking of airport hotels or the addition of extra nights to your trip with us

Discounts: Black Friday discounts are scheduled to run 2-30 November 2020, but we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time. No one booking these holidays up to 31 October 2020 will be disadvantaged – if the price quoted was higher than the Black Friday discounted price, the difference will be deducted from the balance due.  

Low deposits: Two-tier deposits, with £50pp initially payable to secure your place and the balance of £50pp (on holidays without flights), £150pp (on UK/Europe holidays with flights) or the difference between £50 and 10% of the holiday price (long-haul holidays) payable by 31 January 2021.

Free cancellation/transfer: This offer applies only to 2021 holiday departures. Cancellation or transfer must be advised prior to eight weeks (56 days) before departure. Within 56 days, current booking conditions apply. The offer is introduced without a closing date, though we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and revert to our standard booking conditions at any time (in which event, all bookings made before and during the offer period will honour the 56-day timeframe). Offer applies to new and existing bookings, but not those already cancelled. 

COVID-19 Insurance: Provided at an extra cost.
