£0 deposit* on all 2020 holidays!

As we begin to emerge from lockdown, many of us will be thinking about getting away in 2020. But naturally, question marks remain about whether it will be possible and safe to travel. Here at Brightwater Holidays, we understand the dilemma and we’ve introduced three initiatives designed to minimise risk. We have eliminated deposits on 2020 holidays, so you can secure your place absolutely free and not worry if you end up needing to cancel. We have also halved our timeframe for paying the balance of your holiday – now just 42 days before departure instead of 84 days, and possibly even less if there is any chance that your trip will be disrupted by COVID-19. This helps to ensure that we don’t take any payment from you until we are sure your tour will go ahead. And, we have introduced a market-leading set of actions designed to keep you safe and well on tour, including face masks for every day of travel, social distancing measures, enhanced hygiene protocols and even insurance options with COVID-19 cover.

  • £0 deposit*: Pay nothing to secure your place on a 2020 holiday until 3rd August, 2020!
  • Flexible balance payment: Your holiday balance will not be payable until 42 days prior to departure (instead of the previous 84 days) and we can flex this even later if there is any risk of your trip not going ahead as a result of COVID-19 presence or restrictions.
  • COVID-19 action plan: 11 key actions to keep you as safe as possible when you travel with us. See the full list here.

No other tour operator is doing more to give you the confidence and security you need to consider travelling again in 2020. So why not browse our selection of wonderful holidays and book your place without paying a penny?

*Secure your place on tour now without paying a penny. We will ask you to commit to a deposit payment on 3 August 2020, or pay the full balance 42 days prior to departure – whichever is sooner. If you wish to cancel at this point, there will be no charge to do so.
