Join us as we explore a collection museums which showcase some of the most well-known Art Masters and celebrated painters in the world. This insightful and fascinating journey into the beauty and mastery of Dutch art - the Golden Age of painting is accompanied by an experienced Art Historian.
Amsterdam, located just on our doorstep is home to some remarkable art museums that showcase its rich history and cultural significance. On this comprehensive six-day tour, we discover some of the very best artists and art galleries in Amsterdam. From Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring to Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers, each masterpiece offers insight into the artistic development and personal struggles of the artist as well as the culture of the time.
Led by an experienced Guide Lecturer throughout, we also see historical sites such as Our Lord in the Attic, a museum that provides a fascinating glimpse into the religious history of Amsterdam, showcasing the clandestine nature of Catholic worship during the Dutch Golden Age.

Day by Day Itinerary
We depart by rail from London St Pancras International to Amsterdam. Upon arrival, we will transfer to our hotel in Leiden and later this evening we reconvene for dinner.
