After thirty four years working as a Police officer in both Scotland and Hong Kong, and a further period in the wilderness, Neil finally found his calling - showing visitors round his country and telling stories while being both educational and entertaining. Neil was born and raised in Edinburgh and has lived in Scotland all his life (with the exception there aforementioned period when he travelled East to experience another culture) and has a great appreciation for the depth of history and attraction of Scottish cities and of course the beauty of its islands, countryside and bodies of water.
