Jenni joined Brightwater Holidays in 1998 and has worked in several different roles across the company, her main role now is working on our product to ensure that our guest are getting the most out of their holiday and helping to develop new and exciting tours

Joined Brightwater in May 2005 as Accounts Assistant then took over as Accounts Manager after her predecessor retired in June 2016. When not at work she enjoys caddying for her daughter on various golf courses and kayaking down the River Tay (trying not to end up upside down!)

Julie Simpson – Operations Manager
In charge of our Operations team who ensure that all elements of each and every holiday run smoothly and seamlessly, from the coach turning up on time (and being in the right place), to the hotels knowing how many guests are coming, to all excursions and visits being briefed and booked properly. No small feat.

Interests – Julie spends her nights running her children to football training and then spends the weekends watching them play football. She tries to enjoy some time to herself, but is always too busy being a taxi (but she does love being a mum!)
Andrew Sharples – Product Development Manager
Andrew is involved in new tour itineraries and there is nothing he likes better than studying a railway timetable or Caledonian MacBraynes’ ferry schedule. Andrew has a great skill in writing brochure copy and can produce flowing prose from scraps of scribbled notes. Never happier than when Dundee United win on a Saturday afternoon – therefore not often happy.

Christina Sharples – Operations Assistant
Christina is a keen traveller with a particular fondness for the USA, having ticked many states off her list during two summers spent working at a camp in Maine. She likes anywhere with sun and enjoys nothing more than topping up her tan. Christina is new to the industry and on a steep learning curve, but is enjoying the many challenges she is encountering along the way.

Getting the best for her customers is Stephanie's priority. As a seasoned travel professional, Stephanie has over 30 years’ experience in many aspects of the business from luxury cruising to adventure group travel. During her career, she's been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and to take part in all sorts of wonderful experiences. Whilst living in Hampshire, Stephanie spends as much time as she can at her cottage in the East Lothian countryside and likes nothing better than taking a good long walk on the 'sometimes' blustery beaches overlooking the Firth of Forth.
