...after four flat coach tyres, fifty lost Chelsea tickets, one office dog, one ‘China Crisis’, fifteen coaches at the Queen Mother’s garden (all in the space of 3 hours), one ‘lost’ passenger in Seville, one ‘found’ passenger in Madrid (two weeks later), three foot snow drifts in Iceland over Valentine’s weekend, one crashed coach of alpine enthusiasts who ‘potted-up’ their ‘alpine soup’ at the side of the road (all alpine enthusiasts survived to tell the tale), two babies, three fog bound helicopters, about one hundred and forty thousand happy customers, about 140 really unreasonable customers, a great team spirit, an unimaginable number of horticultural delights, bucket loads of sweat, a few tears, great staff and lots and lots of laughs....we made it through the first 14 years! Here's to the future.
